How to use paper punching machine

After adjusting the margins, you need to position the paper. According to the specifications of the document paper that needs to be bound (A4 /B5 and other specifications) adjust the paper edge positioning block to avoid punching the paper edge; if you only punch holes in the position where you do not need to punch holes, you can pull out the punching knife, and the knife rod can be pulled out. Hole will be more labor-saving, but also can extend the service life of the binding machine). At present, we also need to consider binding consumables. Generally, comb-type text binding machines can use two consumables: apron and clip strip. The apron needs to be punched with 21 holes and the clip strip is punched with 10 holes.

(2) The next step is to punch. According to the punching capacity of the binding machine, the paper is punched in sequence. Pay attention to the number/thickness of the punched paper at one time. Insert the paper into the punching slot against the positioning block on the edge of the paper, and pull down the handle. Can be punched.

(3) Then insert the selected rubber ring into the ring pull mechanism, use the handle to pull the rubber ring to a suitable position, put the punched file into the opened coil, and then return the rubber ring through the handle, Remove the text, and the binding is complete.
