Rainbow Watercolor Pen For Children

Since we were quite young, we’ve been avid painters. We’ve always been huge fans of painting with watercolor paints because we love the way they spread and layer to make stunning patterns and images.

We’ve had quite several years of practice with watercolor paints, but we’re always open to trying new things and experimenting with unique twists on our favorite art techniques. That’s why, the moment we discovered the trend of watercolor markers, we were hooked and just knew we had to pick up a set of our own.

Watercolor is a challenging medium and the excitement of trying to master and control it is what keeps me coming back time and time again. I don’t feel I can ever actually master watercolor, however, it gives me hours of enjoyment and challenge. Watercolor never fails to surprise me!

I’ve been having a blast with these watercolor pens.  The brilliant jewel-like tones make fabulous backgrounds for pen work. Or you can use them for bright, fun subjects. The color is transparent so you can get interesting effects with layers of color.

Overall, Watercolor Pens are a fun way to use a watercolor medium.  Less messy and easier to carry than pans or tubes and they can be used without water if you wish.  The colors are brilliant and neither lighten or darken when they dry.  They are not lightfast.  The nylon fiber nibs are large, so not good for fine detail but great for covering larger areas.
