Company Meeting For Improving Service Satisfactions
On November 26, 2021, our company POWERGATHER INTERNATIONAL organized and convened a meeting discussing about the effective ways to improve our service satisfactions, aiming to provide a better cooperation experience for our customers and clients.
On the meeting, our general manager first clarified the importance and purpose of improving service satisfaction. He mentioned that the final goal is to establish the long-term cooperative relationship with our partners and achieve a win-win situation. Only when we do our best to serve well during the whole process can we make it.
Subsequently, the employees also expressed their different ideas around the purpose proposed by the manager on how can we do. Those can be concluded as following:
a.Consider the needs of customers in advance. Not just to solve problems for customers, but also to give customers a nice and wonderful experience.
b.The core is to provide the high-quality products to customer. This is just like the hardware to a machine. The quality is the backup of everything.
c.Our service attitude. Sometimes some small problem is inescapable, and how we deal with the problem is also a key issue for customer's satisfaction.
Besides the above aspects, providing convenience to our customers, standing on customer's side to think, etc. are also mentioned. Through this 2-hour meeting, we deeply realized that to make a satisfactory service requires every of us to take every step seriously.
