Stapler models and how to install stapler needles
Nowadays, there is at least one stapler in every office, which provides us with an ideal means of binding many pages of paper together for preservation. I believe that many students also have staplers at home.
What are the stapler needle models?
The unified staple needle shape is (width*height): pointed foot, 11.5*6, mm, which is the most common stapler. Others: The small ones are: 8.4*5, mm, the long ones are: 11.5*10, mm. You can measure the size of the stapler and buy the appropriate needle shape. Model examples are as follows: 10# (No10): 8.4*5, mmB-8: 11.5*7, mm24/6: 11.5*6, mm23/6: 11.5*6, mm23/10: 11.5*10, mm23/15: 11.5*15, mm.
How to install the stapler needle?
1. Install the handle first. Put the handle that comes with the box onto the square axis on the right side of the binding machine and tighten it with screws. Read the instructions carefully before preparing to bind and consider the amount of binding paper.
2. When adjusting the paper margins, use the adjusting screw (installed at the back of the binding machine) to adjust the scale to adjust the paper margins. When adjusting, the larger the diameter of the pull ring is, the wider the paper margin will be. If the diameter of the pull ring is smaller, the smaller the paper margin will be. You can adjust the appropriate paper margins according to your needs.
3. After placing the paper, we need to punch holes in the paper, arrange the paper neatly, close to the positioning block, and then feed the paper parallel into the machine until it is in place. Press the paper with your left hand, hold the handle with your right hand, and press down. Until the blade penetrates the paper, lift the handle.
4. Before stapling, we need to load the needle on the machine. First, loosen the fixing screw on the needle holder, remove the needle holder, hang the hook at the end of the stapler into the stapler fixing hole, keep it vertical, and then Put the pin holder into the original position of the binding rod, and finally tighten the fixing screw on the pin holder.
5. Go to the last step, binding. First, turn the presser foot handwheel clockwise to raise the presser foot. Put the binding material under the presser foot, put the paper in, release the presser foot handwheel to automatically tighten it, and then Rotate the presser foot handwheel about 180° counterclockwise to lock it, and then rotate the staple handle counterclockwise to make the staple pass through the material. After the lead arm automatically hangs the thread in the stitch hook groove of the stapler, you can lift the handle upward at this time. When the stapler withdraws, the binding thread will be locked, and then loosen the presser foot handwheel clockwise. You can complete one stitch binding and just repeat the above procedure.
